Every tier includes an OCR allowance for scanned invoices, receipts, and contracts. Beyond the bundle, pages are billed per-page at the tier rate below.

VARIABLE FEE
10% on the Commercially Actionable Amount. Floor. Cap.
A variable fee triggers only on the Commercially Actionable Amount (CAA) — the subset of findings both parties agree, in writing via tranche review, is commercially worth pursuing. It is a written-agreement value, not money moved into a bank account.
Below this CAA, the variable fee is zero. You must see 8.5× your one-time processing fee in written-agreement value before the 10% activates.
A flat 10% rate on the CAA. Same rate at every tier. No slabs, no step-ups.
The variable payment to IntegrityX is capped at 20× your one-time processing fee. Beyond that point — zero additional variable fee, however large the CAA grows.
What is the Commercially Actionable Amount?
CAA is the only figure the variable fee attaches to. It is filtered through three deliberate gates:

Variable fee only applies to the one-time fixed fee. Subscription revenue is never subject to variable uplift.
